DAVID SERAFINI - GENERAL MANAGER
David Serafini joined the Red Garter Hotel and Casino team in February, 2010. As General Manager, his responsibilities include the oversight of all operations and capital expenditures.

Prior to joining the company, David worked in various capacities for the Mandalay Resort Group. Immediately prior to relocating to Wendover, he was the Director of Slot Operations at the Edgewater Hotel and Casino in Laughlin, Nevada. During his Mandalay Resort Group tenure, David worked in four different state jurisdictions. Most recently, he was the Director of Slot Operations for the Wendover Nugget Hotel and Casino in Wendover, Nevada.

David attended Waynesburg College in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania where he studied finance and marketing. He earned certificates in Slot Operations Management from UNLV in Las Vegas, Nevada.

BILL BENTZ - CONTROLLER
Bill Bentz joined the Red Garter Hotel and Casino team in May, 2012. As Controller, his responsibilities include the oversight of accounting and human resource operations. Bill also manages all audit and regulatory functions.

Prior to joining the company, Bill worked as a Controller for Mandalay Resort Group at the Railroad Pass Hotel and Casino in Henderson, Nevada. He later served as Controller at the Pahrump Nugget Hotel and Casino in Pahrump, Nevada. Most recently, he worked for the Saddle West Hotel and Casino in Pahrump, Nevada. Bill has over 15 years accounting experience in the gaming industry.

Bill attended the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and Saint Leo University Florida where he studied business and accounting.

BONNIE MURPHY -DIRECTOR OF CASINO OPERATIONS
Bonnie Murphy joined the Red Garter Hotel and Casino team in November, 2010. As Director of Casino Operations, her responsibilities include the oversight of the table games pit, keno, sports book, surveillance and security operations.

Prior to joining the company, Bonnie served as the Assistant Casino Manager for the Red Garter Hotel and Casino in Wendover, Nevada. She has a 20 year work history in the Wendover market.

MANUEL GUERRERO - DIRECTOR OF SLOT OPERATIONS
Manuel Guerrero joined the Red Garter Hotel and Casino team in April, 2010. As Director of Slot Operations, his responsibilities include the oversight of the slot floor, drop team and player's club database.

Prior to joining the company, Manuel worked in various capacities for the Wendover Nugget Hotel and Casino. Most recently, he served as Lead Technician for the Wendover Nugget Hotel and Casino in Wendover, Nevada. Manuel was also the Field Slot Technician for WMS Gaming, in Reno, Nevada. He has over 20 years experience in the Gaming Industry, the majority of which has been in Wendover, Nevada.

Manuel attended Cleveland University in Guadalajara, Mexico where he studied electronics.

KIM MENDENHALL - DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
Kim Mendenhall joined the Red Garter Hotel and Casino team in February, 2010. As Director of Marketing, her responsibilities include the oversight of all marketing and promotion operations. Kim also manages group sales and the bus program operations.

Prior to joining the company, Kim worked in marketing and design for various companies. Most recently, she served as Marketing Manager for Sof'Solutions in Salt Lake City, Utah. She has over 18 years experience in the advertising industry.

Kim earned a degree in design and advertising from SLCC in Salt Lake City, Utah. She also attended the U of U in Salt Lake City, Utah where she studied marketing.

MAUREEN FITZGEARD - DIRECTOR OF FOOD & BEVERAGE
Maureen Fitzgerald joined the Red Garter Hotel and Casino team in February, 2010. As Food and Beverage Director, her responsibilities include the oversight of all dining areas and bars. She also manages all banquet facilities and purchasing.

Prior to joining the company, Maureen worked for the Wendover Nugget Hotel & Casino. Most recently, she was the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage for the Wendover Nugget Hotel & Casino in Wendover, Nevada. Maureen has over 10 years of food & beverage experience in various capacities.

STEPHANIE HERNANDEZ  – DIRECTOR OF HOTEL OPERATIONS
Stephanie Hernandez joined the Red Garter Hotel and Casino team in February, 2010. As Director of Hotel Operations, her responsibilities include the oversight of all hotel, gift shop, player's card and internal maintenance operations.

Prior to joining the company, Stephanie worked in various capacities within the hospitality industry. Most recently, she served as the Hotel Director at the Wendover Nugget Hotel and Casino in Wendover, Nevada. Stephanie has over 20 years experience in the Wendover market.

MARK NOELTNER - INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIRECTOR
Mark Noeltner joined the Red Garter Hotel and Casino team in February, 2010. As the Information Technology Director, his responsibilities include the oversight of all computer network and data infrastructure.

Prior to joining the company, Mark worked as a Network Administrator for various companies. Most recently, Mark worked at Streigel Knobloch & Co. in Bloomington, Illinois.

Mark has a number of industry certifications, including a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) certification, and a Novell CNE Certification. He has over 20 years experience in the computer technology industry.

BRAD MURPHY - CHIEF ENGINEER
Brad Murphy joined the Red Garter Hotel and Casino team February, 2010. As Chief Engineer, his responsibilities include the oversight of all property repair and maintenance. Brad also manages capital improvement projects.

Prior to joining the company, Brad worked for the West Wendover City Public Works. Most recently, Brad served as the Chief Engineer for the Red Garter Hotel and Casino in Wendover, Nevada. He has a 20 year work history in the Wendover market.

CASSANDRA RODD - CAGE DIRECTOR
Cassandra Rodd joined the Red Garter Hotel and Casino team in February, 2010. As Cage Director, her responsibilities include the oversight of all cashier and redemption center operations.

Prior to joining the company, Cassandra served as the Cage Manager for the Red Garter Hotel and Casino in Wendover, Nevada. She has over 11 years experience in the hospitality industry.

SILVIA VILLA - ACCOUNTING & CREDIT MANAGER
Silvia Villa joined the Red Garter Hotel and Casino team in June, 2004. As the Accounting & Credit Manager, her responsibilities include the oversight of accounting operations, regulatory compliance and the casino check cashing program.

Prior to joining the company, Silvia worked in the lodging and hospitality industry for Days Inn in Wendover, Nevada. Most recently, Silvia served as the HR Manager for the Wendover Nugget Hotel and Casino in Wendover, Nevada. She has an 8 year work history in the Wendover market.

Silvia attended the University of Phoenix in Salt Lake City, Utah where she studied Accounting and Business.
